Release gate
No unsigned placeholder downloads.
The desktop shell exists in the repository and builds locally. Download buttons remain unavailable until signed arm64/x64 macOS and x64 Windows builds pass offline launch, update, keychain, OAuth-return, file-boundary, crash-recovery, and uninstall tests.
Free desktop accounts may use a single local model or their own provider key. Those keys stay in the operating-system keychain and never sync to Ephemerent.
What you get offline
The whole atlas, with no account and no network.
- Lessons
- 15 readable without a connection
- Concepts
- 110 nodes across 134 relations
- Routes
- 3 pathways with cross-discipline bridges
- Tutoring
- Local model or your own provider key only
The sealed curriculum release is compiled into the application, so the concept map, lesson rhythm, and graph core work with the network switched off. Atlas never silently contacts a hosted provider; when a local endpoint is unavailable it stops and reports it.
