Immutable release
A published release identifies its reviewed Git commit, ontology version, manifest hash, reviewers, publisher, and publication timestamp. Published records reject mutation.
Correction
A correction creates a new content version with a supersedes relation and a readable explanation of what changed. Existing learner evidence remains tied to the version that produced it.
Removal
Material may be withdrawn from future routes for safety, rights, or factual reasons, but the release ledger retains the fact and rationale unless law requires otherwise.
